I would be grateful if you'd be kind enough to make the contents of this letter available to any of the staff with whom we came into contact following the recent installation at our home.

My wife and I simply wanted to put on record our thanks and to say just how impressed we were in our dealings with you since placing the order for double glazing back in December.
Selecting the right company and having faith that it will honour all of its obligations can sometimes be a bit of a risk. We were very thorough in researching our requirements and, from the outset, your approach, advice and assistance were of the highest professional standards. Ryan was diligent and instantly sympathetic to our particular priorities. Suzanne was unfailingly helpful and quick to pass on any updates. Meanwhile, the installation team, led by Trevor, was fast, efficient and painstaking (no pun intended ! ) in its approach.

Most commendable was your approach to that aesthetic lead patterning glitch. Your desire to take full responsibility and rectify the problem (replacing 17 sealed units) as quickly as possible was not only commendable, but hugely impressive in an industry that doesn't always enjoy the best press.

We will happily recommend you to anyone seeking out a quality product alongside excellent service. When we finally decide to replace our existing patio doors, we'll be back in contact, confident that we'll not only be buying a first class product but that we'll also enjoy a very high level of customer cars.
