This is just a short note to put on record our appreciation of your firms services in delivery of our window installation before Xmas.

In particular we like to compliment Danny, your fitter, for the way he went about the fitting in raw and cold conditions. He worked ceaselessly while on site, in a tidy manner, minimizing the disruption to our lives and created minimal mess despite the difficulties caused by 6 of the windows being in tile hung positions.

However, that wasn't all that went well; the original consultations with Sean were thorough and not 'pushy' which we appreciated, your surveyor was flexible in terms of when he came to take his measurements, your delivery estimate was pretty accurate, and you communicated early when there was a one week delay.

Our house not only looks more up-to-date, but feels noticeably warmer than previously, with fewer draughts. So thanks to you all, we wish you continued success in the New Year, despite coalitions attempt to make life difficult for everyone !
