I write to thank you and your colleagues for the excellent service provided by the Thames Valley Window Company in replacing our windows, doors, fascias, soffits & guttering.

At every stage, from our initial meetings with you, to Mark Winnings on Survey (on a Saturday to suit our convenience), to completion, we have been impressed by the professional approach of your Company.

We particularly commend the dedication of your two specialist teams – Tim & Nick (fascia & Soffits ) and George & Kevin ( windows & doors ) who worked through in appalling weather, without compromising the quality of their work and with minimal inconvenience to ourselves.

A couple of snags, probably inevitable for a contract of this size, were dealt with promptly and professionally which reinforced our confidence in your Company.
