Thank you very much for your most prompt response to my enquiry about the possible replacement of the cill of one of our bedroom windows, which had recently suffered surface damage from debris during gutter replacement.

I can now advise that the surface has been satisfactorily cleaned by the roofing contractor, and therefore we shall not be proceeding with the cill at this stage.

However we are extremely grateful to you for your prompt and helpful response. We have always been most impressed by your excellent after sales service
