Dear sirs & madams

Firstly I would like to commend Danny and his assistant who performed the installation. I am quite delighted with result. I watched each window an door being installed, and was very impressed with Dannys care, professionalism and hard work. He took great trouble to finish off each installation ( edges & seals ) to a very high standard, which I found very satisfying. He also spent long hours accomplishing this.

The result, I feel is a fitting match for the intrinsic elegance of the house, and I could hardly be more pleased.

I was also especially pleased with the front door ( and its installation ). Note that I had been concerned about settling up before taking a few days to check everything out; but was so pleased in the end that I was quite happy to pass my final settlement to the installers before they left.
