I am writing to thank you for the excellent service I have received from your company. Everyone at Thames valley Windows whom I have either met or spoken to on the phone from sales through to service has been friendly, professional and helpful at all times.

I would particularly like to thank Colin your service manager who went beyond the call of duty recently when I accidentally locked myself out of my house. I called in the hope that someone would be able to offer me advice as this may have been a situation that other customers had found themselves in.

Colin did not have an immediate answer for me but he came out to my home and after trying various ways to open the door and improvising with pieces of pipe etc eventually gained access much to my relief. When it was proving difficult I fully expected Colin to say that it was not going to be possible and that I should call a locksmith who would of course have the proper tools but who would also be very expensive. I am grateful that he did the job in hand.

The situation also demonstrated the quality and security of the doors and windows. I would not hesitate in recommending Thames Valley Window Company to anyone.
