Thames Valley Window Company wants to grow its team of quality window designers.

The role would suit a self-starter keen to be their boss.


You must be hardworking, passionate, and ambitious. Ideally, you would have experience in the window industry and a sales track record, but full training would be available for the right character, and sales experience from any sector will be considered.

Dealerships offer Halo, Evolution, Solarlux, and Internorm, as well as several other products, to support a complete and very diverse range of offerings.

We have an enviable reputation for premium projects throughout the Home Counties, working consistently and repeatedly with builders and architects across the region and classic remove-and-replace jobs on existing homes.


We have a very achievable commission and quarterly bonus structure with an uncapped OTE, allowing the right candidate to maximise their potential. You would receive a steady flow of quality leads within a 60-mile radius of Bracknell, Berkshire.

You would have an exceptional newly renovated showroom and website, an extensive quality product range, and a chance to work alongside some of the industry’s most experienced and successful designers.

Thames Valley Window Company is a successful family business with a turnover of c.£7 million, and we are looking to grow to £10 million in the next 3 years.
