G25 Awards Finalists for Commercial Project of the Year

We are delighted to announce that our Award-Winning, one-of-a-kind, luxurious Cholbury Place development is a finalist for the ‘Commercial Project of the Year’ in the forthcoming G25 Awards.

A beautifully executed collaboration on the one-of-a-kind luxurious Cholbury Place development, which offers its residents a lifestyle marked by unparalleled luxury and sophistication, privacy, tranquillity, and the much sought-after connected countryside living.

Thames Valley Windows collaborated closely with developer Kebbell Homes and Trower Davies Architectural Consultants to deliver an innovative and sustainable architectural glazing solution for the Eighteen Luxurious Apartments, Cholbury Place, Ascot, Berkshire.

The double-glazed uPVC sliding sash windows, Ecoline bi-folding doors, AirMOD aluminium windows and doors, and four white roof lanterns making this residential development a stunning architectural statement.

In total, 106 Georgian-style sliding sash windows, 69 aluminium windows and French doors, 12 bi-folding doors of various sizes, and four roof lanterns were installed throughout the luxury apartments.

All ground & first-floor windows & doors have been manufactured to PAS24 Certification for Part Q.

This highly desirable, luxurious development, a testament to Thames Valley Windows’ strong ethics and commitment to exceptional, design-focused, innovative glazing solutions, strikes a balance between elegance and functionality for luxurious living spaces that enhance lifestyles with high-quality, tasteful design. Thames Valley Windows completed the installation in 2024, a testament to our shared commitment with Kebbell Homes and Trower Davies Architectural Consultants to sustainability and high-quality products. This commitment was fundamental to the project’s brief and is a core value of our company.
Our designer, Luke Schofield, chose the products for more than just a functional aspect of the project.

The glazing products significantly enhanced the building’s aesthetics. The large windows and doors maximise natural light and promote transparency, as well as the well-being of the residents.

The Luxury Lifestyle Awards have recognised Kebbell Homes with two prestigious awards: Best Luxury Real Estate Developer in South East England and Best Luxury Residential Development for Cholbury Place in the South East England region, for their outstanding new community in Ascot.
