Our client in Oakley Green, near Windsor wanted to add Secondary Glazing to their home to improve on the thermal efficiency. They didn’t want to replace the single glazed timber windows because they liked how they looked. They add real character to the property.
Having visited our showroom, we introduced our client to Residence 9, our timber alternative collection. They were so impressed with it that they chose it for the entire house. They chose ‘cotswold biscuit’ colour for the frames, both on the inside and outside.
We used a bespoke hardwood cill factory finished to match the colour, 45mm deep to match the originals.
Our client is delighted with the end result. The windows look exactly like the original timber flush casements but have the added benefits of being maintenance free and very energy efficient.
This is a stunning property that will look good for many, many years to come.
