A stunning contemporary new build house in South Farnham features expansive floor-to-ceiling glass of triple-glazed slimline aluminium windows and sliding doors.

A luxurious, high-specification, contemporary private residence designed by leading Surrey architects, Nye Saunders and built to a very high specification by renowned local builders Deeks and Steere.

Nye Saunders produced a set of building regulations drawings, and part of the brief was for an energy-efficient architectural glazing solution to maximise natural light through the use of expansive glass sections.

With his expertise in creative design and glazing technologies, our designer Joe worked with Deekes and Steere to provide a bespoke glazing solution for the new build property while incorporating bold architectural fenestration and dramatic glazing innovations throughout the project.

This includes the impressive Panorama aluminium sliding doors and Aluk 588W HI slimline aluminium windows, bathing the new build in natural light whilst creating a unique and stunning architectural feature.

The aluminium profile, with its inherent strength and minimal sightlines, was essential for achieving the desired transparency.

Nestled in the lush setting of South Farnham, an area of outstanding natural beauty, this modern and luxurious new build project features eight triple-glazed Panorama Sliding doors with a super slim interlock of 25mm, which provide a panoramic and unobstructed view of the Surrey countryside, whilst creating a harmonious union between the interior and the surrounding landscaped garden.

The project also includes a total of 18 fixed windows, which combined amplify the sense of openness.

All profiles have a powder coat finish in RAL9016 anthracite grey, a sophisticated matte tone that not only pairs perfectly with warm, natural materials but also provides durability and a sleek, modern look.

Aluk 588W HI slimline aluminium windows and Panorama sliding doors play a central role in this breathtaking new build architecture that invites nature inside while maintaining refined elegance and emphasising the sense of lightness and transparency.

The triple-glazed slimline aluminium windows provided improved acoustic insulation and thermal performance with a low U-value of 1.2 Uw, and a refined, minimal design giving the most stunning effect.

The slim profiles of the aluminium frames maximised daylight and offered a clean, modern contrast to the existing render.

Aluk 588W HI slimline aluminium windows offer an exciting alternative to traditional steel windows, manufactured to the highest UK standards. This practical and high-performance glazing solution provides minimal sight lines and advanced performance and security.
