Aluminium is now by far the most popular choice for contemporary building projects, due to its sleek sight lines and narrow profiles. Architects and designers are focusing on more modern designs largely driven by the popularity of larger glass areas and openings, and shaped windows.
Whether you’re renovating, extending an existing property for a more modern appearance, or building a new home, our Contemporary Aluminium Windows system is the perfect solution.
Our Aluminium range offers a fixed sight line of as little as 47mm, and our casement-to-casement dimension is one of the narrowest on the market at just 112mm! With low ‘e’ double glazing the window offers an overall u-value of 1.6w/m²k, in line with building regulation requirements. For more energy efficient projects we also offer an exceptional contemporary composite alu-clad system from Internorm which will achieve anything up to 0.69w/m²k and is fully Passivehaus certified.
Our internally glazed sash has an exceptionally low profile, sitting at just 6mm, along with a fully square frame, the window appears almost completely flat.
We have a stock range of powdercoated finish colour options including white, anthracite grey and black, which are available on reduced lead times. We are also able to offer any RAL colour, subject to preference and final design.
Our contemporary aluminium system also offers a full residential door range for single doors and French Doors, as well as an in-line slider suitable for openings of up to 4000mm. The aluminium window can also be combined perfectly with our bespoke aluminium bi-folding and sliding door solutions from Solarlux and Internorm for larger opening sizes and higher performance.
