Sliding Doors, Hampshire

Location: Basingstoke, Hampshire

These HS330 Lift and Slide Sliding Doors from Internorm are timber/aluminium composite sliding doors. When the slender lever handle is moved downwards, the doors lift to sit up on the track and then slide gracefully along. At any point, the handle can be returned to its original position, allowing the doors to sink back in to the track and lock in that position. This, together with a flush threshold, is perfect if you have pets or children running in and out and creates that feeling of bringing the outside inside. Each sash can weigh up to 400kg yet the doors glide along with complete ease. 48mm triple glazing as standard gives superb thermal performance with u-values as low as 0.67 making them suitable for passive house projects.

Total frame width on this project is 7.5 metres. There are two fixed panes at either end with sliding doors that meet in the middle. A fixed pane on the return corner at one end allows even more light in and increases views of the garden.

The sliding doors are finished in spruce on the inside and grey aluminium (RAL9007) on the outside.

Stunning sliding doors that allow virtually uninterrupted views of the outside, even on cold days when the doors remain firmly shut!

To see these sliding doors for yourself and to appreciate their quality, we highly recommend that you make an appointment at our showroom in Bracknell.
