Location: Hook, Hampshire
We had previously installed windows and doors for our client back in 2014. When they moved to a new property in Hampshire, they came back to Thames Valley Windows for a new front door. The door they inherited didn’t suit the house and wasn’t very secure.
They chose another front door from the Apeer 70 range. Made to look like timber but with very little maintenance required, this front door is the only 70mm thick, triple glazed composite door on the market. It has a double rebate which allows more room for adjustment and heat expansion while adding additional draught protection. This door achieves an A rating for energy efficiency and is the most secure composite door available.
Our client chose a traditional style door with a grained finish in dark green on the outside and white inside. Satin Silver lever handle and letter plate give the door a modern touch.
The glazed sections in the door, side panels and window in the hallway all have a satin finish for privacy.
