Experienced Window & Door Surveyor required to work for an established window company in Berkshire.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience required in Aluminium, Timber & UPVC, in windows, doors and bi-fold doors.
• Experience in surveying new build projects and newly created openings is essential.
• Experience with systems such as Solarlux & Internorm is a massive advantage. Other systems such as Rationel, Velfac would also be beneficial.
• Experience in using CAD to create detailed sections and sign-offs required.
• NVQ Level 3 or similar preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience required.
• He / She is required to cover the areas of Berkshire, Surrey, Hampshire, London & Oxfordshire.
• Drivers licence essential.

Job Title: Technical Surveyor

Location: Bracknell, Berkshire. The role would be primarily home-based and customer site.

Earning Potential: Base salary of £30,000 – £40,000 with an OTE of £45,000-£50,000. A car, laptop and mobile phone would be provided.

We would also consider self-employed applications.
