Our TVW Price Match Guarantee ensures customers receive the best possible price on uPVC windows and doors without compromising on quality or service. Please review the full terms and conditions below.

Eligibility

To qualify, the following conditions apply:

• The offer applies exclusively to uPVC quotations.
• A valid competitor quotation must be dated within the last 30 days and submitted before placing an order with Thames Valley Windows.
• The offer is available only to customers located within a 40-mile radius of Bracknell, RG12 1RL.

1. Written Evidence Required

To be considered for our offer, customers must supply:

• A full written competitor quotation, including a clear and itemised breakdown of all products, installation charges, and VAT.

2. Like-for-Like Comparison

Our Price Match Guarantee applies only where the competitor’s offering is a true like-for-like comparison:

• The competitor must be a bona fide VAT-registered company, operate a physical showroom, and be FENSA registered.
• Online-only retailers and one-off promotional prices are not eligible for Price Match.

All product specifications must match exactly, including:

• uPVC system type
• Colour or finish
• Glazing specification
• Hardware options

3. Installation Scope Must Match

The comparison must include the same installation scope, including:

• Removal and disposal of existing frames
• All trims, making good, and sealant types
• Any required scaffolding or access equipment

4. Surveying & Guarantees

For a valid comparison, the competitor must also include:

• Full surveying services
• Comparable guarantees for:
• Product quality
• Installation workmanship
• Colour and finish

These guarantees must match Thames Valley Windows in both length and coverage.

5. Exclusions

The Price match guarantee does not apply in the following circumstances:

• Competitor quotations containing omissions, errors, mis-measurements, or incomplete specifications
• Existing Thames Valley Windows quotations or previous orders
• One price match claim is permitted per project.

6. Verification & Final Decision

Thames Valley Windows reserves the right to:

• Verify the competitor’s quotation
• Confirm the legitimacy and credentials of the competing company
• Reject any Price Match claim that does not meet the required criteria

The final decision on all Price Match Guarantee claims rests solely with Thames Valley Windows.
