Thames Valley Windows celebrated another outstanding year of growth, innovation, and achievement at its annual dinner dance, hosted at the prestigious Easthampstead Park in Berkshire.
Set within 80 acres of picturesque woodland, parkland, and formal gardens, the stunning country house hotel provided the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable evening just outside London.
The event took place in the elegant Downshire Ballroom, where team members and their partners enjoyed fine wine, exceptional dining, and a relaxed atmosphere filled with laughter and celebration. The evening also marked an important milestone: 42 years of success in the glazing industry, highlighting the company’s long-standing commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction.
A key highlight of the evening was the awards ceremony, presented by Managing Director Ryan Schofield and Sales Director Paul Schofield. Three hand-engraved trophies were awarded to recognise outstanding performance across the business.
Special congratulations go to Luke, Sales Manager, who was named Top Designer for the third consecutive year—an impressive achievement that reflects his continued excellence and dedication.
Managing Director Ryan Schofield commented:
“The annual dinner dance and awards ceremony is one of the highlights of our year. It was fantastic to celebrate in style once again with our entire team and their partners.
We strongly believe in recognising great work, and this event gives us the opportunity to thank everyone for their hard work and commitment over the past year. It also showcases the incredible talent and dedication within our exceptional team.”
Looking ahead, Thames Valley Windows is set for an exciting 2026. One of the company’s architectural glazing projects has been shortlisted for Best Commercial Installation at the GGP Awards 2026—further reinforcing its reputation for delivering high-quality glazing solutions.
Ryan added:
“It’s an exciting time in the glazing industry. Our success comes from our ability to adapt, stay ahead of industry developments, and continue investing in our future.
Reaching 42 years is a significant milestone, and with our dedicated team and clear direction, I’m confident Thames Valley Windows will continue to thrive for many years to come.”
