Location: Amersham, Buckinghamshire
This family home in Amersham, Buckinghamshire has been completely transformed with Internorm KF200 uPVC/Aluminium Composite Windows, and the owners are absolutely delighted.
The original roof was removed and replaced with new slate tiles. The window and door openings have been re-worked to create larger glazed areas and all elevations have been rendered to completely reinvent this house in to an imposing, contemporary home with major wow-factor!
So, when our clients approached us for a consultation with our designers, we invited them to visit our showroom in Bracknell. Understanding their brief, we offered them 3D architectural design drawings of what they home could look like, matching the contemporary and clean finish they desired.
Our designers worked closely with the owners and builders to create a truly impressive transformation. After various solutions were presented to them, they chose a dual finish from Internorm’s Composite windows range to complement both the exterior surroundings and the indoor space. Some of the windows in the property are the uPVC/aluminium tilt and turn design, creating better functionality for the space in which they are used.
The product they chose, the Internorm KF200 uPVC/Aluminium Composite Window, has a very modern contemporary look in a durable anthracite aluminium finish for the exterior and this colour has blended well with the façade of their home. Indoors, they have chosen a clean uPVC white grain, offering a contemporary and aesthetically pleasing look.
This property, located in a leafy suburb of Amersham, also had Patio Doors previously installed in the master bedroom which opens up to a beautiful backdrop of their mature garden, bringing the leafy setting into the room.
All in all, this once dated and tired bungalow has had a complete renovation, making it a truly desirable family home the owners can enjoy for years to come.
