Our client in Ascot initially wanted a conservatory installed, off the dining room. After a meeting with one of our designers it was agreed that we would create visuals to show a large open plan space, removing the wall between the kitchen and dining room.
Before committing to the project our client took the proposed designs to three local estate agents to ensure that the investment was worthwhile. All three confirmed that the property value would be increased by more than the cost quoted.
The Orangery in Ascot chosen is from our new ‘Living Room’ range. Easier and quicker to build than a traditional flat roofed orangery so therefore more cost effective.
The end result is an amazing light filled space for cooking, dining and relaxing…our customer is thrilled with their transformed house!
