This beautiful family home in Wendover already had a number of Solarlux Bi-Folding Doors installed which opened on to the patio area from different areas of the house. Our client wanted to connect the zones and provide a covered area which would allow family and friends to enjoy the outside space in all weathers.
We installed a stunning Solarlux contemporary aluminium and glass canopy. We had to overcome a number of issues including sitting the canopy on top of the existing zinc roof with a timber beam and steel bracket detail but the finished project is magnificent.
The motorised Markilux Awning sits beneath the roof to provide shade when needed.
